Phoned at 8 am and I had an appointment with a doctor at 9.10. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and repeated the appointment at the end of the call just to be positive I had heard it correctly

No receptionist at West Haddon hence no rating for that question Phoning for appointment is not easy. I called on the dot of 8 am when the line opens and was already 13th in the queue. I was able To get an appointment but if I hadn’t been on the ball all appointments would be gone. There are very few appointments available online. Not sure there is necessarily a better system though

It would be easier if you were able make online appointments for the nurse, I had to call and book in for a smear and I work full time so this is difficult. The nurse Kerri and Dr Pollard were both great, thorough and helpful. However my prescription wasn't ready today Tuesday, after my appointment on Friday which means I can't start treatment yet. There are often problems with prescriptions.
